No Win no Fee
A no win no fee is basically a service of solicitors available to anyone who believes they have the grounds to win or make a personal injury claim for compensation. It is a conditional fee arrangement, that they will represent you in a personal injury claim and they are only entitled to get paid his or her fees if he or she wins the case.
If your personal injury claim is indeed have all the grounds to be claimed, and you have proven it to your solicitor presenting them strong evidences regarding the accident that happened and has merit, they will be willing to work for you for free, but you have to bury in you mind that he’ll be paid for his work by your opponent once he wins the case. You do not need to pay him any amount. You just need to present them all the detailed information about the negligence of the other parties.
